Vicar

The Rev. Pamela L. Foster is the Vicar of Trinity Church, which means that in addition to her preaching, teaching, and pastoral duties, she is also responsible for the administration and management of staff, programs, and ministries. She joined the Trinity Church staff in 2000 as Associate Rector for Christian Education and Pastoral Care.

Pam was ordained to the priesthood in 1985, and served at Calvary Church, Pittsburgh, PA, as Assistant for Pastoral Care, then as Associate Rector. Upon the sudden death of the Rector of Calvary, she served as Acting Rector. Prior to joining the staff at Trinity Church, she served at Christ Church, Alexandria, where she had particular responsibility for staff and program development.

Pam and her husband Donald have been married for 43 years. They have three grown children and are raising their three grandchildren, two of whom are active in Trinity’s youth ministries.
