Christian Formation
Adult Christian Formation

"Christians are made, not born," said the early Church theologian Tertullian just before the year 200 A.D., and it is every bit as true today as it was then. We may become Christians at Baptism, but the "Christening" of our lives is a lifelong task and lies at the center of the Church's mission. Adult Christian Formation at Trinity Church seeks to "Christen" us, to form us more deeply in mind and spirit into the image of Christ, not only for our own good, but for the good of God's world. As St. Paul himself said, "All of us... seeing the glory of the Lord as though reflected in a mirror, are being transformed into the same image from one degree of glory into another." (2 Cor. 3:18) A rich smorgasbord of opportunities for formation are offered at Trinity throughout our program year. We welcome you to join us!
