Founded in January 2010, TPSP has two partnerships with Boston public schools.

At the Dearborn School we accompany Roxbury Presbyterian Church in their leadership of the school's turnaround and renewal strategy. The Dearborn is pursuing an ambitious dream of becoming a world class 6-12 science and technology early college school, with the support of many public leaders and partners. Trinity's participation includes a representative on the school's Leadership Team, recruiting Dearborn students for TEEP (Trinity's urban youth program), and marshalling public power to generate resources needed to accomplish the turnaround. Other partners at the Dearborn include Greater Boston Interfaith Organization, Mass2020, the Boston Urban Youth Foundation, Dudley Street Neighborhood Initiative and many others.

At Orchard Gardens Pilot School our emerging partnership focuses on student mentoring and is based on these principles:
1)      Student success at the heart

3)      Mutuality and support
4)      Concrete outcomes
5)      Continuous improvement

Our vision includes
·        engaging more Trinity members in these partnerships,
·        collaborating with other Boston faith leaders who want to connect with local schools,
·        hosting reflection gatherings for school volunteers and
·        supporting volunteers who choose to participate in organized public action to improve the life outcomes for all student
