The Parish Annual Meeting will be held in the Church immediately following the 9 a.m. service, from 10:15 a.m. to 11:15 a.m. The agenda will include reports on the 2016 and 2017 budgets, investments, and the election of a new Vestry officer and members, as well as delegates to represent Trinity in diocesan meetings.
Questions and discussion with Vestry will take place in the Forum immediately following the end of the Annual Meeting, from 11:30 a.m. to 12:30 p.m., to allow Morning Prayer to take place.
