Community Servings

Community Servings provides nutritious food on a daily basis to those suffering from HIV/AIDS and other serious illnesses in the City of Boston. Over the Christmas holidays, Trinity volunteers prepare special, non-food Christmas baskets from anonymous clients' wish lists and then deliver them on Christmas Eve.

Many Community Servings Christmas Basket volunteers participate year after year in this ministry. They find special joy in bringing the baskets and offering the gift of companionship to those who are ill and might otherwise be alone on Christmas Eve. Additional volunteers are always welcomed!

For information on the Community Servings Christmas Basket ministry, contact Timothy and Katherine Huber. For more information on the Community Servings organization, visit their website, www.servings.org.

"Jesus taught us by example that every time we touch someone's life, we are saying to God, 'our hands are the hands of Christ.'"
