Sacraments & Rites
Holy Eucharist Communion, or Holy Eucharist, is the Christian family
meal. All baptized, young and old, are accepted at Christ's table. The decision
to have children take communion is one to be made by each family. Children are
invited to come to the altar with their parents whether or not they receive communion.
Those who do not wish to receive the sacrament are asked to cross their hands
over their chest so that they may be blessed. Instructed Eucharists will be offered
(though not required) during the Church School year. Parents are welcome to attend.
