The Boston Globe Profiles TBF's Efforts to Dismantle Systemic Racism

The work of the Trinity Boston Foundation to breakdown systemic racism by starting within its own organization was featured in The Boston Globe this week. The process is ongoing and painstaking, but essential to TBF's work with Boston Public School children.  As the Foundation's Rebecca Jackson was quoted, "working against racism... is at the heart, the center of the problems we're looking to try to address." 

The story also acknowledges that "Trinity’s parishioners—who volunteer in the schools that the foundation assists and contribute about one-fourth of the foundation’s $2.4 million-a-year budget—have separately been engaged for two decades in efforts to combat racism."
