We have a newly formed team of individuals who are trained and prepared to serve those in need within our community. This would include those who are grieving the loss of a loved one, someone suffering with chronic illness, a person who is the primary caregiver to an ill family member, those who are homebound, a family wiht a new baby, or anyone just going through a challenging life transition. Team members write cards, make calls and visits, and seek to offer spiritual support to another individual in our parish.
