Lay Eucharistic Ministers

Lay Eucharistic Ministers (LEMs) assist with the celebration of the Eucharist and particularly with serving the chalice at the altar rail. If you feel that you are called to this ministry and would like to serve in this way, please sign up for our training program. Upon completion of the training, LEMs are licensed by the Bishop.

Serving at the altar gives parishioners an opportunity to be at the heart of our worship and is an excellent way to become involved in the spiritual life of our parish. For more information on becoming a LEM, contact Eileen McCarthy, 617-536-0944.
