Christian faith teaches that Jesus changed the world by confronting hard truths with a gospel of love and reconciliation. Can we even begin to emulate Him? Please join us on August 5th as the Anti Racism Team hosts part two of the conversation on Michael Eric Dyson's powerful book, Tears We Cannot Stop, A Sermon to White America.  Thirty parishioners attended the initial conversation. The depth of sharing, the questions offered, and the urgency of the times we live in served as catalysts to convene a second session on a book Toni Morrison describes as "guidance for moral redemption." We invite parishioners and friends to come together to think about Dyson’s sermon in light of sermons and other actions that speak to us as people of faith.
