A beloved annual tradition since 1909, Candlelight Carols celebrates the birth of Christ through readings, carols, anthems and hymns of the season, offered in candlelight by the Trinity Choirs, with organ, harp and brass ensemble. Share in an experience Yankee Magazine called “as close to heaven as human hands and voices have ever crafted.” Open and free to all; free-will offering suggested.
For the two services that are free, with open seating, lines form in Copley Square prior to the doors opening 1 hour before scheduled start; Prelude begins 30 minutes before starting time.
