Consider the Canticle: Meet Derrick Fox

On most Sundays at 9:30 am, (prior to 9:45 Worship from Home), the music staff will host a Zoom session to introduce a new hymn or canticle that will then be featured in the service.
Our guest speaker will be Derrick Fox, composer of the Jubilate Deo setting to be sung by the choir today. Renowned Black conductor and baritone soloist, Dr. Fox is Director of Choral Activities and distinguished Associate Professor of Music at the University of Nebraska-Omaha. He will give us an overview of his music and illustrious career.
