A Message from the Stewardship Co-Chairs

December 1, 2020

Dear Trinity Family,

We write to you today on the heels of perhaps the most unique Thanksgiving in recent memory, and as we begin our collective journey through an equally unique Advent. To say that we are full of gratitude today would be an understatement. This Stewardship season has been enriching in so many ways.

We kicked off our season with the delivery of hundreds of Home For Faith Kits to parishioners throughout the area. The bold idea of hand-delivering personalized kits to parishioners was a mere vision only a few months back, and it was through the efforts of dozens of volunteers that it became a reality. We give an especially big “thank you” to Lonsdale Koester and Alison Poor who led the operational planning of this effort to hand-deliver Stewardship materials and Communion to our parish family. We also had great engagement at our Stewardship forums and heard from a diverse range of voices in wonderfully authentic Stewardship testimonials. Revisit those testimonials here.

And we have stepped up! As of today, we are well on our way to meeting our needs for the coming year. Thank you to every single person who has made a pledge! But renewing our Home for Faith in these days requires all of us to do our part. If you have not yet made a pledge to Trinity Church for 2021, we invite you to do so today. You can make a secure pledge online at the parish website or mail in the pledge card included in your Home For Faith Kit. No pledge is too large or too small, and every pledge is gratefully received to help Trinity carry out God’s calling in 2021.

With grateful hearts this Advent,

Kathy Sheehan and Tim Kelly

2021 Stewardship Committee Co-Chairs
