2022 Candlelight Carols and Messiah Ticketing Announcement!

Trinity Church and Friends, 

With a wonderful 2022-2023 Program Year already underway, we are delighted to announce ticketing for our treasured Advent-Christmas traditions, including: 

            *Candlelight Carols on Saturday, December 17 at 4 pm and 7 pm, 

              and Sunday, December 18, at 2 pm; and 

  

            *the Concert of Handel’s Messiah on Sunday, December 11, at 2 pm.  

Having received very positive feedback about innovations prompted by last year’s pandemic necessities, we will again ticket all these events with half the admissions sold, and half the admissions offered for free.  Likewise, all attendees – whether paid or free – will once more be ticketed by section, rather than by seat, and there will be an equal number of paid and free seats in every section.  Whether purchased or reserved, there will be no distinction between paid and free tickets at the door, and, within sections, all attendees will be seated first-come, first-served. 

To honor the spirit of these plans, we ask all who can afford to pay, to purchase their seats.  Free seat reservations will be limited to four per registration.  We anticipate all these events will sell out, and walk-ups without a ticket should not expect admission. 

The ticketing schedule is as follows: 

  • Paid tickets will go on sale to our parish community this Friday, October 28 at 12pm ET.  

  • Free tickets will become available to our parish community on Friday, November 4 at 12pm ET. 

  • All remaining tickets will become available to the public on Friday, November 11 at 12pm ET. 

Though we will build on what we learned in 2021, operating these beloved programs in this way remains new.  Therefore, your forbearance will inevitably be required.  Do know that all of us privileged to serve you will be aiming to meet your grace with our very best efforts as, together, we again make our way to the Christ child’s manger crib.
